Terms & conditions

• All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by us.
• If you can no longer attend, contact us before the event to ask about transferring your ticket to another person — transfers are subject to our approval.
• Booking fees cover payment processing and are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by us.
• Each ticket has a unique QR code. Keep it safe — it is scanned once on entry and cannot be reused.

• YallaBrighton reserves the right to refuse entry.
• This is a strictly 18+ event; ID may be requested.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity and venue rules.

• YallaBrighton is a social event intended to be welcoming and respectful.
• Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or unwanted conduct towards other guests will not be tolerated.
• YallaBrighton reserves the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.
• No refund will be provided if someone is removed because of their behaviour.

We may have a photographer capturing the night. If you'd rather not be photographed, let a member of the team know and we'll do our best to keep you out of shot.
